WH Shipping (WHS) facilitates international trade transactions. We primarily operate in the construction and infrastructure development markets, with the bulk of our transactions focused on trade in cement and related products throughout the Persian Gulf.
Based in New York City, WHS has contacts in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. WHS supports the importation of cement and other construction commodities into Kuwait and the Persian Gulf region, primarily from South Asia. WHS works with regional distribution partners, who are responsible for local operations, including maintaining offices, supervising port operations, and storage and sale of products.
WHS seeks investment opportunities in growing markets, particularly those where inefficiencies in markets, capital allocations, or deal structures are hindering commerce. WHS believes in this fundamental economic principle: contracts make people better off. By facilitating whole chains of transactions, we hope to make conditions better in the countries in which we operate.
